The routines, expectations, pressures, distractions, and collective patterns of this reality can pull us into a kind of unconscious participation. This can show up as feeling scattered, drained, overly influenced by the outer world, carrying what you have been conditioned to carry, pulled into reactions and beliefs that do not feel fully your own, or disconnected from the deeper part of you that knows what is true.

Awake in the Dream is a 90-minute live online Sound Healing Experience created to help you soften the grip of the outer world, return to the wisdom of your higher self, and awaken more fully within the reality you are living.

Through crystal singing bowls, channeled vocals, binaural beats, and immersive soundscapes, you will be guided into a deep meditative space where your body can relax, your energy field can open, and your consciousness can begin to remember what is true beneath the fear, pressure, and programming of everyday life.

As the sound carries you inwards, we will work with the intention of activating higher consciousness, reconnecting with your higher self, and reclaiming the inner freedom that comes when you are no longer fully identified with the dream around you.
