IfĀ youĀ can help to line up a suitable person to fill your slot, one approved by us, you can receive a full refund (minus any fees incurred) after they have paid in full.
Without a replacement:
No refund: If canceled 30 days or less before the retreat
50% refund: If canceled 31-59Ā days before the retreat
90% refund: If canceled more than 60 days before the retreat.
Refunds are a tricky situation for these retreats as they have a very large overhead cost for us.Ā
